3. Let’s Start with Prayer…

4. So we pray…
   1. First we pray for exactly what we were told to pray for by Jesus himself…
      1. Matthew 9:35-38 NLT
      2. And this will include us…we need to pray for our zeal to see the lost come to Christ increases.
      3. That we will have opportunity to speak to people the Good News.
   2. Second pray for people…
      1. Those we know who are lost…without Christ
      2. Those we know who have back slid-den…fallen away from their first love
      3. Those around us…where we work, where we live, where we play, where we shop

1 John 5:14-15 And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for. NLT

• Their hearts to be softened concerning Jesus
• That the Holy Spirit convicts them of their sin
• God’s blessing on their lives/for them to see those blessings as from God
• Breakdown of any obstacles in their lives to the Gospel
• That you or another believer have opportunity to lead them to Christ
